Going for Gators

Posted on September 14, 2012

If you have grown tired of hunting deceptive deer and diving doves, then maybe it’s time to hunt a new species. How about alligators?

This is a hunt, however, that’s not for the weak at heart. You are surrounded by darkness, then there’s the swamp and slithering snakes, and then there’s also the gator lurking around out there somewhere. But where? This hunt makes your hair stand up, and your heart wildly race. Along with the splashing and thrashing, there is the final fight as you wrestle a gator to the boat’s side. Some fights can last for hours, and some gators can span 12 feet or more. You’ll need to be in shape, or possibly be overboard.

The full details on some exciting Alabama gator hunts can be found at: http://www.outdooralabama.com/oaonline/gators12.cfm
