U.S. Sportsmen's Legal Defense Fund
The U.S. Sportsmen's Legal Defense Fund (U.S. SLDF) is the nation’s only litigation entity established specifically to represent sportsmen in lawsuits that affect outdoor sports. Anti-hunters have launched a barrage of suits against government wildlife management and natural resource agencies to stop hunting on public lands--including National Wildlife Refuges. The U.S. SLDF provides legal services on behalf of named sportsmen to intervene in such lawsuits or otherwise support the legal work of the government agencies being sued.
