PA News Outlets See Dog Regs as Threat to Hunters
The administration in Pennsylvania is determined to enact restrictive dog care regulations, which are supposed to eliminate abusive commercial breeders. The U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance and Pennsylvania sportsmen oppose the enactment of the regulations, which will also eliminate sporting dog kennels and hobby breeders. Hunting dog enthusiasts will be burdened with red tape, over-regulation and high compliance costs.
